• One person may maintain only one active profile.
• Premium and Elite memberships are valid for the duration stated at purchase.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful and current information.
• You must not impersonate any person or post misleading details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Harassment, abusive behaviour or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination.
• You agree to independently verify any prospective match before proceeding.

3. Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a paid plan is activated. However:

• Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, where no premium feature has been used, may be considered.
• Refunds for duplicate or erroneous payments will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

4. Service Conditions

• Kalyanasangamam is a platform that facilitates introductions; we do not guarantee marriage.
• We reserve the right to screen, approve, reject or remove any profile or content.
• We are not liable for the conduct of any member or the accuracy of profiles.
• Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or factors beyond our control.
